Who is Epoch Renewal? – We are… a non-profit organization privileged to serve Burmese immigrant families in Greensboro, NC.
Epoch Renewal Inc became a 501(c)3 non-profit organization in April 2010. Initially we assisted newly arrived Burmese refugees coming into the Avalon Trace apartments. Gradually programs were developed to guide refugees to the challenges of a new country, new language, new customs, and a new style of living in order to elevate them to a status of self sufficiency. We observed growth in each people group as they acclimated to their new environment. As goals were achieved, new programs were established to continue their personal growth.
